Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is opened, bottle is used, or packaging is damaged.

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The seal is intact

  • Product is in original packaging

  • You received a wrong item or damaged product

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A broken bottle

  • A leaked package

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Pictures of the parcel and damaged/wrong item

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide you with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • “Change of mind” after using the product

Perfume is a sensitive item, so hygiene rules apply strictly.


4. Refunds

Refunds are provided only in the following conditions:

  • If we cannot deliver your order

  • If the product is unavailable after you place your order

  • If a prepaid payment was made and the order is canceled by us

  • If you receive a faulty item and no replacement is available

Refund may take 3–7 working days depending on your payment method.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only when:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

Exchange will be processed after verification and approval.


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For prepaid orders, refund will be processed if the order is canceled in time.


7. Return Shipping Cost

If the issue is from our side (wrong or faulty product):

  • We cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer requests return without valid reason:

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
    (Only accepted if the product is unopened and in original condition.)
