1. Delivery Locations

We deliver perfumes all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is:

  • 2 – 5 working days for major cities

  • 3 – 7 working days for remote areas

Please note:
Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free delivery on special promotions.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is placed.

  • If any product is out of stock, we will inform you immediately.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We support COD across Pakistan.
Please ensure:

  • You provide a correct address

  • Your phone number is active

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

Refusal to receive an order without a valid reason may result in limited future COD availability.

6. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid payments (Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash):

  • Your order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

  • Please share proof of payment if required.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier company name

  • Link to track your parcel

(Tracking may take a few hours to update.)

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or any item is missing, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Pictures of the product/parcel

  • Details of the issue

We will assist you as soon as possible.

9. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect address or unreachable phone number

However, we always try our best to help you track and receive your parcel quickly.
